The Sigma Alpha Sorority Educational Foundation connects women interested in agriculture and natural resources with the means to accomplish their academic and professional development goals through scholarships and leadership programs. The Foundation provides scholarships to women based on academic achievement, financial need and personal and professional goals thus lowering the financial barriers to higher education along with rewarding academic and civic excellence.
The Foundation focuses on three main areas, supporting women pursuing careers in agriculture and related fields, increasing agricultural literacy and cultivating strong leaders for the food and fiber industry. By working together, we can support women interested in advancing agriculture for the benefit of society.
